Description:Spice Paste For Indonesian Vegetable Curry Sayur Lodeh (Hot)
Sayur Lodeh means a variety of vegetables in coconut gravy. It is traditionally served with rice and is a most appealing dish to vegetarians.

No Added MSG, Preservatives Or Artificial Colours. Gluten Free.

Indonesian Vegetable Curry (Serves 4):
Ingredients:
1 packet Indonesian Vegetable Curry Spice Paste
2 tbsp vegetable oil
45g (1 lb) combination of cut cabbage, green beans and deep-fried firm tofu
2 cups (440 ml) coconut milk or milk
Curry leaves as garnish (optional)

Cooking Instructions:
1. Heat oil in saucepan on medium-low heat. Add spice paste and stir-fry for 1/2 minute
2. Lower heat, add coconut milk, vegetables and tofu. Bring to boil
3. Cook for 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Serve hot with rice or bread

Allergen Advice: Contains Soy.

Keep away from direct sunlight and store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, use immediately.
