Description:Chu Chee curry is always good with seafoods, especially with fish. Normally, it cooked with mackerel. But salmon or shrimp are also recommended. Its taste is not too spicy.

No Artificial Colour or Flavour. No Preservatives. No MSG.

Preparation (Serves 1):
1 pack Maesri's Chu Chee Curry Paste, 650ml coconut milk, 700g fish, 1/2 tbsp fish sauce, Kaffir lime leaves and chilli for garnishing

Cooking Instructions:
1. Stir-fry 1 pack Chu Chee Curry Paste with 250ml of coconut milk for about 5 minutes until fragrant
2. Add fish and slowly add the rest of prepare coconut milk
3. Keep simmering until the fish is cooked and add 1/2 tbsp of fish sauce
4. Garnish with kaffir lime leaves, and chilli. Ready to serve
