Description:Malaysian Traditional Assam Fish Paste

Serves 4-6 persons

Cooking Instructions:
1. Mix 1 packet of Tean's Gourmet Assam Fish Paste in 400ml water. Bring to boil.
2. Add 600g fish (or other seafood), cove lid to simmer under medium low fire for 10 to 12 minutes.
3. Add 4 lady fingers and 1 tomato (cut to preferred sizes) to cook for another 2 minutes.
4. Adjust taste and serve hot.
