Preperation:
1. After rinsing soak the rice in the water for 1-2 hours and cook it in the same water. If prefer more tender taste, mix half red rice and half jasmine rice when cooked

Cooking Directions:
1. Measure 1.5-2.0 cups of water into a heavy saucepan, and bring to a boil
2. Stir in 1 cup of red rice
3. Cover the saucepan, lower the heat and simmer for 20- 25 minutes or until the rice is tender and all the water is absorbed
4. Makes about 3 bowls of red rice.

Storage: Keep in cool place. After opened, keep in refrigerator
