Sushi Rice is a specially selected white short grained rice that whe cooked, steamed and mixed with traditional Japanese dressing becomes ideal for the preparation of all types of sushi.

Cooking Directions:
Combine 1 1/2 cupes of rice with 2 cups cold water in a medium saucepan. Bring gently to boil, reduce heat and simmer covered for 20 minutes or until liquid absorbed.
Remove from heat and stand for 10 minutes to steam rice.
Fluff with fork and serve.
Makes 6 servings or 4 cups cooked rice.

Note: If using electric rice cooker, combine 1 1/2 cups rice and 2 cups water in cooker and cook as directed by rice cooker manufacturer.
Not for microwave use.

Store in a cool dry place.
