Quality Rice for Sushi

Cooking directions:
To prepare roughtly 1200g of rice: Combine 500g Haruka Rice and 750ml water in a medium sized saucem=pan. Bring to the boil, then reduce heat toa low simmer and cover for 20 minutes, or till all water has been absorbed. Remove from the pot from heat, and allow to stand for 10 minutes before serving.

Note: If using an electric rice cooker, mix 500g Haruka Rice with 750ml water into cooker, and follow manufacturer guidelines.

Sushi Rice Cookign Directions:
To make Sushi rice, use 150ml of Kikkoman Seasoning For Sushi for 1200g of cooked Haruka Rice. Mix well while rice is hot.
