Description:Dragon Glutinous Rice is growing in the northern part of Thailand where the type of soil and the climate are a guarantee for the high quality of this type of rice.
Characteristics are the long peaky white grains which after cooking turn to be delicious in taste with a natural aroma.

Cooking Method:
Soak the rice for 12 hours in cold water. Put the rice in a pan and add that much water until it is 1cm above the rice. Cook the rice, lower heat and simmer for 20min. Remove from the heat, uncover and let stand for a few minutes before serving.
