Fried Pumpkin Rice Cake
Ingredients: Pumpkin Rice Cake, Pork, Peas, Oil, Rice Wine, Onion, Salt.
Method:
1. Slice the pork, soak the pumpkin rice cake for a while and stand-by
2. Heat the wok with oil, add the sliced pork and peas, stir fry until done and remove. Heat the wok with a bit oil, add rice cake and stir fry, add 100ml water, cover the wok for 2-3 minutes, add the sliced pork, peas, salt, stir a while and serve

Storage Condition: Keep away from direct sunlight and store in a cool dry place. Keep refrigerated after opening.
