Soup Rice Noodle - Soften rice noodles by placing content of pack in deep bowl and pour got water. Leave for about 10minutes or until soft but firm to touch. Drain. With soup stock (Chicken or Beef) add meat or vegetables of your choice. Serve hot, season to taste.

Fried Rice Noodle - Soften rice noodle by Soften rice noodles by placing content of pack in deep bowl and pour got water. Leave for about 10minutes or until soft but firm to touch. Rinse with cold water and drain. Add 1 tablespoon of cooking oil and 1 tablespoon black soy sauce to drained rice noodles. Mix well. In a large frying pan hean 2-3 tablespoon of cooking oil, add rice noodles and stirfry for 2 minutes. Place rice stick on a plate. Saute your vegetables amd sliced meats with seasoning of your choice. Add oyster sauce or gravy is desired and place on top of fried rice noodles. Serve hot, season to taste.
