Description:Kirin Rice Stick / Noodles
Kirin rice stick / noodles are versatile. Use them for any of your Italian dishes or pastas or anything that needs rice stick / noodles.

This product is fat, sugar and gluten free; and also free from flavour enhancers, artificial colours and preservatives.

Cooking suggestions:

Soup Rice Stick / Noodles:
Soften Kirin Rice Stick / Noodles by placeing contents of pack in deep bowl and pour hot water. Leave for about 10 minutes or until soft but firm to touch. Drain. With soup stock (chicken or beef) add meat or vegetables of your choice. Serve hot, season to taste.

Fried Rice Stick / Noodles (Chow Fan):
Soften rice stick / noodles by placing contents of pack in deep bowl and pour hot water. Leave for about 10 minutes until soft but firn to touch. Rinse with cold water, drain. Add 1 1/2 tbsp cooking oil and 1 tbsp black soy sauce to drained rice stick / noodles, mix well. In a large frying pan, heat 2-3 tbsp cooking oil, add rice stick / noodles and stir-fry for 2 minutes, place fried rice stick / noodles on a place. Saute your favourite vegetables, sliced meats with seasoning of your choice. Add oyster sauce or gravy if desired and place on top of fried rice stick / noodles. Serve hot, season to taste.
