Vegetarian Wheat Noodles (素食麵)

Description:Cook the noodles in boiling water for about 2 minutes, (for broad ribbons about 3 minutes) stir tenderly until the cakes loosened, drain the hot water and then soak it thoroughly in clear cold water. After preparing serve it in your favourite recipe.
With soup: Add soup, butter or lard and seasonings to the noodles. Meat and vegetables may be added if desired.
With stewed meat gravy: Mix butter, gravy, oyster sauce or tomato ketchup with the cooked noodles or serve together with stewed meat or vegetables.
Fried: Fry the cooked noodles in oil till brown and crisp then add meat and vegetables and seasonings etc...
