Description:Shanghai Loong So Mian Noodles
(Dragon Beard Noodles)

Boil: Put one pack of noodles into 3000cc boiling water
Mingle: Stir it well with chopsticks, cook for about 2 minutes, remove the noodle from the pot, run cold water over the noodle and drain, set aside.
Noodle in soup: Add with soup base and subsidiary food, ready to serve.

Stir-fry noodle: Stir fry the noodle with subsiduary food, ready to serve.

Sufficient water is prepared.
Noodles should only be added whren the water is fully boiled.
Extra addition of meat and vegetables are suggested for palatable enhancement.
Due to difference in specification of cooking utensils, the cooking time may vary.
Ingredients:Wheat Flour (98.3%), Salt (1.7%).
