Description:Madam Pum Waterchestnuts with tapioca - Tub Tim Krob
Authentic Thai dessert

Dessert mix for water chestnut with tapioca and coconut

Ready in 8 minutes
For 2 serving

Empty water chestnuts into boiling water and boil for 7-8 minutes. drain well
Place water chestnuts in the tapioca flour until the pieces become well coated.
Heat 700-800cc water to boilin, boil the coated water chestnut for 2-3minutes remove and place in cold water and drain well.
Empty coconit powder mix with hot water 1/4 cup (65cc) stir well
Place the well done water chestnut in syrup and put some ice, ready to serve.

Suggestion: When the water chestnut is done, please serve in right wawy, otherwise, it will be sticked by the flour.
