Description:This is a very light and refreshing dessert which is perfect for summer. This dish can be prepared well in advance and kept in refrigerator for days. Lobo oresents 2 classic Chinese restaurant flavours, almond and jasmin.

Makes 4-6 Servings.

Recipe: Agar Dessert Jasmin Flavour with Fruit Salad.
Ingredients: 1 packet Agar Dessert Mix Jasmin Flavour, 3 cups water (for seeter cream, add 2-4 tablespoons sugar), 1 can fruit salad, 10-15 Maraschino cherries.

Directions:
1. Empty the contents of this packet in water. Bring to a full boil. Stir constantly.
2. Pour into a mold or shallow container and cool until set.
3. Cut the cream into bite sized cubes. Place in a serving bowl with the fruit salad and combine very gently. Place cherries on top.
