Description:Swallow Globe Agar-Agar powder is pure seaweed processed into powder under strict supervision and in the most hygenic conditions. Ideal as a dessert. Swallow Globe Agar-Agar also serves as a good thrist quencher on a hot day.

Directions: Dissolve one packet of Swallow Globe Agar-Agar powder in 1 litre of water. Add 250g of sugar, stir and bring to boil over low heat. Pour into moulds and allow to cool.
