Directions:
Wash ingredients. Place in pot along with pork or skinless chicken. Add 8 bowls of water, bring to a boil and simmer for 2-3 hours. Add salt to taste. If using electric cooker, use 7 bowls of water, bring to a boil and simmer for 4-6 hours.
