Fried Fish With Black Beans (Serves 4)
Ingredients:
500g fish fillet, 2 pcs onions (finely sliced), 2 cloves garlic (minced), 1 tsp finely grated ginger, 2 tsp Silver Swan black beans, 3 pcs red chilli pepper (sliced), 1 tsp Golden Swan light soy sauce, 1/4 cup water, lemon juice to taste
Cooking Instructions:
Wash and dry fish. Fry until golden brown. Set aside. Saute onions, ginger and garlic until onions are soft and garlic becomes crisp. Add Silver Swan black beans, chilli, Golden Swan light soy sauce and water. Simmer until thick. Add fish and lemon. Cook for a few minutes.

Once opened, store in a cool dry place.
