Description:Put one sachet of Baijia Sichuan Flavoured Gravy into a pot, then add 2.5l of water and boil to make a gravy sauce (add 15g cooking wine, 20g ginger and fresh shallot for a better result). Add 1.5kg of food then boil on a high heat for 2-3 minutes until food is cooked. Alternatively, heat on a lower heat for a longer period of time to allow the food to marinate and cook slowly.
