Description:Racipe: Red Braised Chicken Wings

1. Rince 10 chicken wings or 1/2 kg. boneless chicken then drain.
2. Heat a skillet and add 3 tbsp. vegetable oil. Add chicken, fry until done.
3. Dissolve contents of this packet with 1/2 cup water. Add to the skillet.
4. Simmer 1/2 hour until the chicken is tender, leaving small quantity of sauce.
(Add a little red wine to make Special Red Braised Chicken)

Suggested Uses: Spareribs and Duck.
