Description:Recipe: Egg Noodle Curry

1. Prepare and slice 1/2kg beef or chicken meat.
2. Hesat a skillet and add 1/2 cup coconut milk, together with contents of this packet. Stir fry until good flavour comes out.
3. Add meat and cook until well-done.
4. Add 2 more cups coconut milk, and 3 cups of water. Lower the heat and simmer until meat is tender.
5. Serve with cooked egg noodle. Add soy sauce, lime juice and chilli pepper to taste.
