Description:Seasoning For Sichuan Dish Fragrant And Hot Fish.

Cooking Instructions:
1. Scale a fresh fish about 1000g, take off its gill and bowel, rinse and slice (or cut into cubes), then put it intoa clean container, and powder sachet and 20g cookign wine (or 10g spirits), mix together and leave to marinate for later use.
2. Put the seasoning sachet in a pot, and 700g water (use chicken and bone soup for better result), bring it to boil.
3. Add the fish into the pot, cook it through (for 3-5 minutes), then remove it all into a bowl with vegetable in it, sprinkle content in dry food sachet onto the fish.
4. Heat 150g vegetable oil in a wok, heat to 7 or 8 temth, when it begin to fume, pour on the fish, and the dish is ready.
Ingredients:Soya Oil, Bean Sauce (Broad Bean, Water, Salt), Shallot, Chilli, Salt, Flavour Enhancer (Monosodium Glutamate), Pickled Cabbage (Vinegar, Cabbage), Ginger, Garlic, Sichuan Pepper, Natural Spice, Cookign Wine, Refined Starch, Preservative (Potassium Sorbate).
