Description:1. Pound 6 pieces of shallot and 5 cloves of garlic together with ginger . Mix tamarind juice into it, add in curry powder.
2. Saute remaining shallots finely sliced with mixed spices.
3. Add in first mixture and saute for another 10 minutes. Add in coconut milk and simmer for 5 minutes.
4. Add in fish, leave to cook for 10 minutes.
5. Add salt to taste.
6. Ready to serve.
