Description:1. Prepare 1kg (2lbs) chicken or chicken parts.
2. Dissolve contents of 1 packet with 1/4 cup (60ml) water. Soak & rub chicken. Marinate 1 hour.
3. BAKE: 190C or 375F for 30-45minutes.
4. CHARCOAL GRILL: Grill over charcoal. Baste skin with vegetable oil. Turn frequently.
5. FRY: Deep fry in vegetable oil at medium heat until chicken turns golden brown.
