Description:A special blend of Asian spices based on our famous recipe comes together for a spicier version of philippine-style barbecue.

Barbecue recipe: (makes 10 barbecue sticks)

1 pouch (50g) Mama Sita's Barbecue Marinade Mix

2. Mix well. Marinate for at least 1 hour.

3. Thread meat onto skewers. Grill.

4. Or pan-fry marinated meat cutlets in little oil until done.
