This is my first order with you and I am so impressed with your customer service. Despite you having one of your busiest times of the year and my order not being overly substantial, you upgraded it to 24 hour delivery.

My husband and I run a village pub and restaurant in the heart of the Norfolk Broads. We needed the steam baskets for a special event we are running this Friday and following my phonecall asking whether they would be delivered in time, you acted on this. While you were confident that they would arrive in time through the standard delivery, you have given my husband much peace of mind that they will be here by arranging the 24 hour delivery.

I will certainly be using you in the future (but will order a bit more in advance).
