SHRIMP TEMPURA:
Prepare 1/2 kg. (1 pound) shrimps, leaving on tails. Dip shimps in the batter and deep fat fry in vegetable oil at medium heat until the coating is
crisp and light brown. Drain well on absorbent kitchen paper. Serve as soon as possible.
