Usage: Suitable for processing supreme-quality bun (also for high-grade cake, busuit, cookie etc.)

Directions:
1. Dissolve sugar and yeast in water, add to flour and stir evenly till dough is formed.
2. Leave the dough for 20 minutes. (adjust time accordingly if room temperature is above or below 28°C)
3. Press the dough with roller into a long flat shape, then roll it to cylinder-shape and cut it into bun pieces.
4. Leave bun for 30-40 minutes until soft and expanded.
5. Once water is boiled, put the bun into steamer and cook for 12-15 minutes.
Ingredients:High Quality Wheat, Calcium, Flour Improver, Niacinamide, Zinc, Ferric, VB1, VB2, Folic Acid.
