Description:A tasty treat so easy to make. Pandan Chiffon Cake Mix.

Directions:
What you need:
320g PrimaMix Pandan Chiffon Cake Mix.
7 medium fresh eggs (about 60g per egg)
65ml water
65ml soyabean oil
23cm (diameter) tube pan

For best results, use electric mixer (about 600W) and electric oven; check the temperature and timing well. Do not use cold eggs.

How to prepare:
Preheat oven to 175C (medium heat)
Mix eggs and water at low speed for 1 minute 30 seconds while gradually adding PrimaMix Pandan Chiffon Cake Mix
Whisk batter at: High speed: 8 minutes, Low Speed: 1 minute (while gradually adding the oil until well blended)
Pour batter to about 3/4 height in an ungreased tube pan
Bake for 45-50 minutes in the preheated oven
After baking, turn the pan over to cool. Carefully dislodge cake from pan and gently remove the cake.

Mixing time and baking temperature may vary with different electric mixer and oven models.
