Store in a cool dry place

Instructions of use:
1. Preheat oil to 150~ 160 degrees celsius for vegetable and 170 degrees celsius for fish.
2. Pat dry the vegetables and fish before use.
3. Measure the 130g of batter mix into a large bowl, pour in 160ml of water and mix evenly.
4. Dredge the vegetable and fish in the dry batter mix first. Then lightly dip the vegetables in the batter mix prepared in step 3 and heavily for fish.
5. Immediately fry them until crisp.
